The St. Louis Business Journal’s 2021 list of Fastest-Growing Financial Asset Managers (the “List”) is based on 2018-19 Form ADV data provided by S&P Global Market Intelligence. Rankings were based upon the change in value of discretionary client assets under management and assets under administration. The growth is not attributable in its entirety to investment performance. The primary source of the firm’s growth during the relevant period was net new assets related to merger and acquisition activity. Listed financial asset managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list, although some firms may purchase advertising or a limited copyright license to promote the List. The St. Louis Business Journal did not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients; and selection for the List is not indicative of the asset manager’s performance. Working with a Firm named on the List is no guarantee as to future investment success. S&P Global Market Intelligence gathered data for firms located in major cities in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Data was reviewed for 91 St. Louis-area financial asset managers and the top 25, ranked by percentage of asset growth, were listed. Financial asset managers with a “latest” Form ADV report prior to January 1, 2019 were excluded from the data.

The St. Louis Business Journal’s 2023 list of Largest Financial Asset Managers (the “List”) is
based on calendar year 2021 Form ADV data as reported in 2022.  Rankings were based upon the
change in value of discretionary client assets under management and assets under administration. The
growth is not attributable in its entirety to investment performance. The primary source of the firm’s growth
during the relevant period was net new assets related to merger and acquisition activity.  Listed financial
asset managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list, although some firms may purchase advertising or a limited copyright license to promote the List.  The St. Louis Business Journal
did not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients; and selection for the List is not indicative of the
asset manager’s performance.  Working with a Firm named on the List is no guarantee as to future
investment success. S&P Global Market Intelligence gathered data for firms located in major cities in the
St. Louis metropolitan area. While all firms are locally based, figures listed are for each firm’s entire
companywide operations. Data was reviewed for St. Louis-area financial asset managers and the top 25,
ranked by percentage of asset growth, were listed. Financial asset managers with a “latest” Form ADV
report prior to January 1, 2021 were excluded from the data.

The Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers is an independent listing produced annually by Ignites Research, a division of Money-Media, Inc., on behalf of the Financial Times (July 2020). The FT 300 is based on data gathered from RIA firms, regulatory disclosures, and the FT’s research. The listing reflected each practice’s performance in six primary areas: assets under management, asset growth, compliance record, years in existence, credentials and online accessibility. Over 750 qualified firms applied for the award, 300 of which were selected (40%). This award does not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients and is not indicative of the practice’s future performance. Neither the RIA firms nor their employees pay a fee to The Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the FT 300.

The St. Louis Magazine A-List Award is an annual award based 100 percent on the public’s nominations and votes. Write in nominations were accepted in January, 2022 and voting took place March- April, 2022. There were 45 nominations in the financial advisor category, 1 winner, and 2 finalists. This award does not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients and is not indicative of the firm or advisor’s future performance. Visionary promoted the voting process via social media, but clients were not directly asked to vote. Visionary did not pay a fee to participate in or distribute the results of the survey.
