Visionary University is an active, training program within Visionary Wealth Advisors offering training, support, development and collaboration to ensure our professionals at all levels are constantly improving their skills and expanding their knowledge to perform better on behalf of clients.
Visionary University reflects the Company’s ongoing commitment to create a culture of learning and excellence. By leveraging the in-house experience of top industry professionals along with collaborative engagement of external partners, Visionary University is able to provide advisors a periodic forum to pursue increased capabilities and competencies for their respective practices.
The Visionary University training is delivered to advisors on a voluntary basis in a variety of formats, including one-on-one coaching, cohort accountability groups, and large group meetings. Content is instructional, informative, and participatory.

Business Management: Best practices for efficiently running your business practice, including time management, business planning and goal-setting, and developing systemic processes and consistency.
Wealth Management: How do top advisors create and deliver value and exceptional customer experience to their clients? This training identifies advisors’ unique value proposition and teaches them how to articulate that value to clients, referral sources, and prospects through emotional benefits.
Platform Capabilities Training: Ongoing support and content regarding unique VWA capabilities for the Family Office client market as well as business evaluation and brokerage for the mid-sized business entity market.
Visionary Summits: Bi-annual, offsite training meetings offering training, support, development, and collaboration among the VWA team.
Team Building: Assists advisors interested in expanding their team to include team business planning, roles and responsibilities, compensation structures, prospective team member identification and selection, and building accountability.
Succession Planning: Advice platform for practice valuation and evaluation of practice succession alternatives to include financing availability, and buyer candidate searches.
Technical Competency: Monthly advisor group meetings to review pre-work assignments and drive both general and technical knowledge of advisors.
Risk Management: Topically relevant insurance strategies and training on timely issues, including asset protection and estate planning.
