Steve Elefson is a Wealth Management Advisor in our Jackson, Missouri office. He brings over 30 years of experience to Visionary and provides comprehensive wealth management services for individuals, families, organizations, and charities.

Prior to joining Visionary, Steve began his career with Edwards Jones in 1988, then moved to Raymond James in 1995, until forming his own independent practice in 2011.

To Steve, being a Visionary means, “Hard work combined with applying sound investment practices coordinated by a financial plan that allows our clients to pursue their goals and dreams. It is extremely rewarding to see what families can achieve when their wealth is applied to their life mission, values, and goals.”

Steve graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and has lived in Jackson, Missouri since 1988. He is married to Alla and has three daughters; Stephanie, Kateryna, and Alesa. In his free time, Steve enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors.

Steve believes in contributing to and serving the community where he lives and works. He is a past President and Board Member of the Jackson Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce, and serves as President and Board Member of the Southeast Missouri Medical Center. Steve attends LaCroix United Methodist Church.
