Jessica began her career in financial services in 2009 with the goal of helping others feel financially confident and empowered. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles focused on recruiting and developing financial advisors at a Fortune 100 firm, where she led training and development initiatives for the recruiting team. In 2020, Jessica launched her own coaching practice to help professionals in the financial services industry reach their highest potential both personally and professionally. Her experience has given her a unique perspective on the power of intentional growth, strong relationships, and purpose-driven work.

A proud resident of Red Bud, Illinois for the past decade, Jessica enjoys a full and active lifestyle with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Raelynn, Brenlee, and Jace. The family loves spending time together at home, hosting pizza and movie nights, and supporting their children’s growing love for sports. When she’s not with her family, Jessica enjoys reading, walking, cooking, listening to podcasts, and riding her Peloton.
