As a Sr. Wealth Management Advisor, Karl Plumpe, RIA, strives to provide his clients with peace of mind as he helps them navigate their unique financial journeys. With a strong focus on trust and results, Karl creates personalized financial plans that align with each client’s goals. He feels privileged to make a meaningful impact on his clients’ financial futures and is committed to fostering long-term relationships built on integrity and expertise.

Karl received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Bowling Green State University. He obtained his MBA from Cleveland State University while being employed full time at Motorola. Karl went on to manage financial planning, investments, and borrowings at City Utilities in Springfield, MO in a 25-year career. In 2007, he retired from CU as Associate General Manager to found his own investment firm, Plumpe Investments. Karl became a registered investment advisor filing with FINRA and the State of Missouri.

To Karl, being a Visionary means providing quality investment services to his clients and being there to help grow their wealth.

In addition to his professional achievements, Karl is a member of Mensa, having passed the IQ test to be recognized as one of its members. Karl served on the board of Multipli Credit Union

(now part of River Region). He also served as President of Leadership Springfield, was on the Board of Springfield Catholic Schools, and was a founding Board Member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. He contributes to numerous charities.

Karl and his wife, Lisa, live outside of Ozark, Missouri. They have a daughter, Lauren, and two chihuahuas. Karl also has two sons and three grandchildren. He enjoys spending his free time with family and working outdoors.
