Over the past 30 years as a business owner, I have been on a journey of personal and professional growth. During this time, there were key individuals who had a profound impact on my thinking and how I viewed the world. These individuals helped me define what was truly important to me, what I valued.

I became aware there are universal truths that impact all of us whether we understand them or not. Today I speak with many people who struggle to identify what is most important in their life and take pragmatic steps to align their actions with their core values.

A close group of professionals and I have launched Visionary Consulting Group, which provides individual and small group coaching services. Visionary Consulting Group, VCG, will provide a platform to engage with individuals in a structured and growing basis. In addition to his role as CEO of Visionary Wealth Advisors, Brett is deeply involved in his community, serving on the St. Louis Sports Commission and the Board of Directors for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's School of Pharmacy. He also hosts the Circuit of Success podcast, rated as one of the top entrepreneurial podcasts in 2017. Alongside his wife, Julie, Brett founded Swing Fore Hope, a charity that funds cancer research and offers financial assistance to patients battling the disease. Brett is also the founder of BEYOND, an exclusive, member-only experience that empowers individuals to exceed their own expectations in a dynamic social setting.

Mike was an executive at Anheuser-Busch for almost 15 years working in Media, Marketing and Sales. For the last 15 years, Mike has been a leading trainer in the non-profit industry. He is also a small business owner. Mike has guided and mentored people in various areas of both their personal and professional lives and has spoken in front of thousands of people inspiring them to discover their unique brilliance and to win in everyday life.

Mike's passion is working with individuals and businesses on discovering who they are, defining the win for their lives and developing a gameplan for success. Mike also sits on the board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Crisis Aid International.

Mike is married to his wife Kristi with whom they have 3 beautiful kids. They have also been foster parents to 28 children. Mike was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and is a graduate of St. Louis University.
