As the Director of Operations for the Fairbairn Group of Visionary Wealth Advisors, Dylan leads operational strategy, business optimization, and client service initiatives that support the firm’s growth and commitment to high standards of service. Drawing on his experience in the wealth management industry, Dylan focuses on combining strategic thinking with process innovation to develop scalable solutions designed to support both client and advisor experiences.

Dylan’s experience throughout his career has shaped his belief that strong systems, forward-thinking leadership, and continuous improvement contribute to high-quality service. He applies this mindset in his role to advance operational effectiveness and support the firm’s long-term business objectives.

Dylan attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City before returning to Missouri State University’s College of Business to pursue a career in finance. He lives in Rogersville, Missouri, with his wife, Brittany, and their son, Brecken. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, slalom skiing, golfing, and fishing. He is actively involved in his community and strives to make a positive impact in both his personal and professional interactions.
